Jessica ensures all of Clayton Kendall’s clients are fully supported by her team of Account Managers, Associate Account Managers and Customer Support staff members.
She started at Clayton Kendall as a Customer Support member in 2015, working her way from an Account Manager to Director of Customer Experience. Jessica was named to this new position in November.
Jessica is often on the road, visiting clients at their conferences. Her favorite destinations are Florida and Colorado.
One of Jessica’s very early clients was Blaze Pizza, a customer she is still excited to support today. Jessica and Dan Geyer dined with colleagues from Blaze Pizza this spring.
On the personal front, Jessica and her husband Luke live with their 4 pets in the same neighborhood in which Jessica grew up.
When the weather cooperates and she is not traveling, Jessica enjoys growing vegetables in her garden.
Family plays a big role in Jessica’s life. Her extended family enjoys hanging out together and playing cards.
